Things I Have Loved From TikTok Shop

I refused to buy from TikTok Shop for the longest time because I didn’t want to be influenced to buy more things. But after a lot of consideration, I realized how many things actually fit in with my brand.

My two rules with promoting any items:

  1. It has to save me money in some way. Buying an item can be an investment into saving money in the future.
  2. It has to reduce my mental load as a mom. I have talked about some of the stress of things as a mom and if I can include it in my Sunday Reset or it helps me in some way to stress less, it is a go for me.

I wanted to make sure I set these rules and I would be able to explain at least one of these things for the items.

I do not want to encourage you to buy any of these things out of impulse, but if you are also shopping for some of these, here are some of my product recommendations that I love! I recognize that not everyone has TikTok, so these products are all linked from Amazon, but if you want to shop from TikTok, here is the link to my showcase!

Here are a few things from TikTok Shop that I have actually loved:

1. This grocery list note pad

I am beyond excited about this note pad because having a list is SO important to saving money on groceries. I TRY to never go into the grocery store without a list. However, there are some times when I cannot think of things that I want to get. Having this list gives me a framework to start with the items here and add to based on the meals.

2. This magnetic calendar and planner

I love having a paper planner and a to do list, but often times it gets left in my office or I use it for mostly work things. Having a calendar and being able to check in with everyone in the household. Writing it down helps reduce some of the decision fatigue around constantly trying to remember what I had on my calendar that week. It also helps me plan ahead for things we need to budget for!

3. Veggie Chopper

I took SO long to buy this veggie because I was afraid I wouldn’t like it. However, this thing has already saved me from so much food waste. My goal with this is to prep all of the ingredients right after grocery shopping to have them ready to use up all week! To me, this saves on food waste, but also reduced the amount of prep for cooking (which means I am more likely to cook) and reduces the amount of dishes done for every meal.  I do actually really like this purchase.  The blades are SHARP and it is a lot easier to clean that I was expecting.

4. Snackle Box

I avoided buying one of these for the entire summer last summer and now that I have one, I am so sad that I didn’t have one last summer! I love this “snackle box” because I am buying so much less pre packaged snacks and able to buy just normal bags of snacks and portion them out for on the go. I try to prep this during my Sunday Reset so it is just ready to go all week and I can easily grab it. Packing snacks has truly saved me SO much money!

5. CLUCI Belt Bag

This one isn’t quite as fitting, but I have been looking at the Lululemon cross body bags foreverrrrrr. I am currently in an awkward stage of motherhood where my son doesn’t need a diaper bag, but I still want to keep my hands free to chase him and be able to carry him. This bag has 3 separate pockets to be able to put keys in one, cash in one, and has card slots in the back pocket. I have found that this is big enough for quite a bit of stuff, but not too big that it feels bulky or awkward.

6. My debt free board

Okay, this isn’t actually from TikTok shop. I have had this forever, but I get asked for this ALL the time!  I love this because it keeps my goal in front of my face so often during the month and I am constantly excited about my goal! It has helped me keep motivation up and also just encouraged me to keep going!

I will continue to update this list as I find other things that I love that save me money or help reduce my mental load and stress as a mom on a budget!
